What are the available delivery options and rates?

At present, our delivery service is limited to street addresses within Malaysia. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, military bases, and other protected areas. Should a delivery attempt to these restricted locations fail, you will be responsible for the associated delivery charges.
Please note that we can only accommodate one delivery address per order. If you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each distinct address.

 

Peninsular Malaysia - RM15 flat rate, FREE Shipping with above RM299 spend
East Malaysia - RM30 flat rate

 

How long does it normally take to ship out items once payment is made?

Once you've successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

What should I do If I realize my personal information is incorrect after completing the checkout?

If you notice any inaccuracies in your personal details after completing the checkout process, it's important to contact the customer service or support team at support@my.gentlewomanonline.com or WhatsApp us as soon as possible. You would need to provide us your order number and the correct details. Although changes can't always be guaranteed, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer service team will make every effort to accommodate your request and correct the information.

 

How can I track my order status?

Please be aware that once your parcel has been handed over to our logistic partner, you will have to trace your parcel with the following logistic partner. 

  1. You may click on the tracking number that is sent to your email once we’ve shipped your parcel.
  2. If you are a GENTLEWOMAN CLUB member, you may login to your account and click on the tracking number on your order history to trace your parcel.
