FAQ for GW Membership

GW Member Tiering is a loyalty program that rewards members based on their annual spending. The more you spend, the higher your tier and more exclusive rewards you unlock.

Register in website and spend any amount at Gentlewoman Malaysia official website & in-store and automatically become a GW Member.

Membership details must be presented to the cashier before making any payment.

VIP Member: Spend a cumulative of RM1,200/year in store or online.

VVIP Member: Spend a cumulative of RM3,600/year in store or online.

Accumulated spending will remain valid for 12 months from the date of tier achievement.
(ie. Joined GW Member on Jan 2026, spendings accumulated up to RM1,200 for VIP Member by 21st Mar 2026, will expire on 20th Mar 2027).
*Refresh spendings to RM0 after expiry date.

There are 3 tiers of membership: Normal member, VIP member and VVIP member

Normal member: Spend any amount / sign up.

VIP Member: Spend a cumulative amount of RM1,200 in store or online.

VVIP Member: Spend a cumulative of RM3,600 in store or online.

VIP Member Voucher: Enjoy 5% OFF Voucher for your next purchase, capped at RM50.

Quarterly Vouchers: Get subsequent 5% OFF Voucher quarterly throughout the 12-month membership period.

Birthday Benefit: One-time 15% OFF Voucher, capped at RM100.

*Min Spend RM300 / order, valid for 3 months from tier upgrade.

VIP Member Voucher: Enjoy 10% Voucher for your next purchase, capped at RM100.

Quarterly Vouchers: Get subsequent 10% OFF Voucher quarterly throughout the 12-month membership period.

Celebrate Your Birthday: One-time 15% OFF Voucher, capped at RM100.

To maintain your membership status, you need to spend no less than RM1,200 (for VIP); RM3,600 (for VVIP) within 12 months from the date you are qualified.

You will be downgraded to the previous tier if you did not spend within the amount for respective tier.

Yes. All accumlated spending will be reset to 0 at the end of the tier cycle.

Each Member Voucher is only valid for single use on single transaction.

All VIP and VVIP Members are entitled for a one-time Birthday Voucher during their birthday month.

Spending includes eligible purchases of the products. Shipping fees and discount values are excluded from tier qualification. Only the net transaction amount (excluding shipping fees and discount values) will be counted toward your total spend.

No, all eligible spending contributes cumulatively toward tier qualification.

All eligible purchases made via Gentlewoman Malaysia official website & in-store.

Yes, notifications will be sent via the email.

You can view your status in our website under your profile.

Vouchers will be issued to your email within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of upgraded. If your vouchers do not appear after 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

No, rewards are non-transferable and tied to your account.

The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable.

Any unredeemed balance after purchase will not be refunded or credited back.

No, account merging is not supported.

GENTLEWOMAN Malaysia membership program is applicable for purchases made in Malaysia only. Membership benefits, tier status, and vouchers are not transferable or applicable to GENTLEWOMAN Thailand.
